Why these items are restricted:
- Trademarked brands (e.g. Adidas, Nike, Jeep, Dell) — exporting branded goods without authorisation infringes intellectual-property rights and is blocked by customs.
- Mobile phones, laptops & MacBooks — subject to strict import/export licensing and regulatory approval.
- Clothing — restricted for import into several markets we serve.
- Lipo (lithium-polymer) batteries — classified as dangerous goods and cannot be shipped by our carriers.
